Go / caution / walk verdict, risk register, action checklist and follow-up plan. Written in English, de-identified so you can share it.
What the report contains
1 · License & entity verification
Registered name, legal status, operating anomalies, export qualifications. The entity you are paying is the entity you met.
2 · On-site walkthrough record
Six categories checked on site: license, fire safety, production line, quality system, warehouse, environment. Photo and video evidence included.
3 · Seven-dimension scorecard
Proceed / caution / walk graded per dimension: capability, capacity, quality control, financial posture, compliance, management, communication.
4 · Written verdict + action list
One page a board can read: Go, Caution, or Walk, with the reasoning in plain language and the first protections to put in writing. P0-level red flags (license mismatch, shell entity, illegal operation) trigger an immediate verbal alert, not a footnote.
5 · Follow-up recommendations
Re-verification points, deeper due diligence, or a small pilot order. The next step sized to what the evidence supports.
Not included: prototyping and production follow-up, resident QC, AQL inspection (that is the Inspection series), contract drafting, legal advice. A verification report is decision support, not a quality assurance opinion.
