The delivery documents I run China engagements on — knows what to demand, what to check, and what to record before the order goes sideways.

Twenty-one editable documents that turn the vague parts of a China deal into written, traceable steps. No guesswork, no "trust me", no hidden agenda.

In one line

You get the same sourcing, development, and inspection documents I produce inside paid engagements, editable and ready to reuse on every order you place.

Two shipments, same order. One closes. One does not.

Being organized is not luck. It is a set of documents, filled in on time. Here is what goes wrong when those documents do not exist before the deposit is wired:

The missing spec

"Ship me the finished unit" becomes a different product than your drawing, because nothing written pinned the tolerance down.

The unread MOQ

The quote says 1,000. Where things get loose is around lead time, Incoterms and rework costs — none of which a handshake covers.

The silent tooling charge

Steel is cut before the design is frozen, then every late change is invoiced. A written milestone & tooling plan is what makes those changes visible and chargeable on your terms.

The documents in this vault exist precisely so those three conversations happen on paper, on your side of the table, before money moves.

Built by the person who walks the floor

These are not generic templates an agency sold me. Flaming Field is a Hong Kong independent entity. I take no supplier commission and bind to no factory. Every form here is a document I have actually used to run a sourcing, development, or inspection engagement — now packaged for you to run on your own order.

Who it's for

A founder or small team whose deal is real enough that a deposit is coming, who would rather run the deal on written documents than on memory, and who does not yet need a full paid engagement.

Not for anyone who simply wants a generic "business template pack" — these are China-specific and honest about what each step protects against.

"Couldn't I just make these myself?"

A free OEM template gives you none of the clauses or fields that matter. It has a logo and a table, not a China-grade checklist of what "quality" means at a pre-shipment inspection.

A paid business pack is generic. It does not know about MOQ rework traps, tooling-cost timing, or the bilingual field where a Chinese factory manager reads the version that governs.

Using these forms well takes a day. Designing them with real China floor experience historically takes someone walking floors for 30 years. That cost is baked into the vault, and it is why the price is where it is.

$97 once · not a subscription

Cheap insurance on an expensive mistake

The deposit you are about to wire is in the thousands. $97 is under 1% of it. And once paid, every order from now on runs on the same documents.

Don't Get Burned Guarantee

Sell-side clean: if the vault does not pay for itself on your first use, email me within 7 days, no forms, no script, and I personally arrange a refund. I answer every email myself.

What's inside, document by document

Editable Word / Excel files with fill-in-the-blank structure. Every supplier-facing document is bilingual English / 中文, so the person who actually runs the order reads it.

Sourcing Kit · 6 documents · $37

  • Supplier Shortlist — capability & capacity profile per candidate, so your "three factories" are compared on the same axes.
  • RFQ Comparison — unit price, MOQ, lead time, Incoterms side by side.
  • Audit Summary — the written verdict you can keep and forward.
  • RFQ Quote Normalizer — forces every quote onto the same row: basis, currency, tooling, MOQ, so "cheapest" is actually comparable.
  • Supplier Red-Flag / Fraud Checklist — the pre-deposit verification: account name vs. license, shell-company signs, the wire-safe rule.
  • Bilingual RFQ Package — the cover email + response table (English / 中文) that makes factories quote in one format, first time.

Development Kit · 10 documents · $47

  • Product Specification Book — lock down what "the finished unit" actually means.
  • Milestone & Tooling Selection Plan — the stage gates where changes start to cost you, made visible.
  • Decision Log — every change, who asked, who agreed.
  • Production Schedule — the run plan from sample sign-off to first ship.
  • Launch Checklist — the pre-ship steps nothing is allowed to skip.
  • ECO Tracker — every engineering change as a signed document, with its cost and lead-time impact stated before work starts.
  • Milestone Payment Schedule — payments tied to verifiable milestones with evidence and hold rules, never to dates.
  • Golden Sample Sign-off — the photo-verified master sample that ends "I never approved this version".
  • Mold Lifecycle Tracker — shots, maintenance, location and ownership, so your mold stays yours and stays found.
  • DFM Review Checklist — the design-vs-process review that catches expensive mold changes before steel is cut.

Note: tooling and mold costs are billed direct to you and are not part of this kit.

Inspection Kit · 5 documents · $27

  • Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) Report — quantity, quality, packaging, loading.
  • Corrective-Action Tracker — every issue, who fixes it, by when.
  • Post-Shipment Follow-Up — the 30-day window most disputes surface in.
  • Inspection Failure Decision Tree — when a batch fails: rework, sort, reject or concede, with the cost rule and the 48-hour clock.
  • Supplier KPI Dashboard — defect rate, OTD and CAPA closure trends per supplier, batch after batch.

Why "engagement-grade" beats "template-grade"

A template tells you what a document should look like. These go one step further: every field is there because a real China deal needed it — which is why the supplier-facing forms carry the Chinese version, and why the milestones are set at the points where work actually gets expensive.

If you would rather a human run all of this for you, these same documents are what I deliver inside paid engagements — start with the feasibility audit.

Questions, answered straight

What format are the files?

Editable Word and Excel files, bundled in a ZIP, delivered by email after checkout. Fill in, reuse, keep forever.

Is this legal advice? Do I still need a contract?

These are working, operational documents — not legal contracts and not a substitute for counsel. On a major order, have a qualified contract or PRC/HK counsel review the commercial agreement. The vault gets your engineering, sourcing and inspection house in order.

I bought the vault. Do I get updates?

Yes. Buyers receive the free monthly Market Memo and any future document improvements to the vault at no extra cost. One price, for life of the product.

Why not just hire you for an engagement?

The vault is for the buyer who wants the machinery and is ready to run it. When you want the machine operated for you, book a diagnostic or an engagement — the vault is a step down that path, not a replacement for it.
