This policy covers every payment made through the checkout on flamingfield.com (powered by Stripe). It applies to digital products and to fixed-fee audit services. Quoted engagements (Stage 1–3 packages) are governed by their own written proposals.
1. Digital products (instant download)
Applies to: the Delivery Vault bundle ($97), Sourcing Kit ($37), Development Kit ($47), Inspection Kit ($27).
- Not downloaded yet: request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we refund in full.
- Downloaded: the files are yours to keep and edit. Because delivery is immediate and the files are editable, sales are final once the download has been accessed.
- Something wrong with the files (corrupted, incomplete, not as described): tell us within 14 days at tonyma@flamingfield.com and we send a fixed file or refund in full, your choice.
2. Audit and diagnostic services
Applies to: Sourcing Audit (landing feasibility & risk audit; Lite $199 · Standard $599 · Deep $999), Supplier Diagnostic (Desktop $199 · On-site $599), On-Site Factory Verification ($599 per factory).

3. Quoted engagements (Stage 1–3 packages)
Stage 1 Sourcing ($1,000–$2,000), Stage 2 Development ($5,000–$10,000), Stage 3 Inspection ($150–$500 per batch) are custom-scope engagements. Their deposits, milestones, and cancellation terms are set in the written proposal you sign before any money moves. If the proposal is silent, this policy applies to the deposit portion, treated like a service in section 2.
4. Subscriptions (Weekly Intelligence Memo)
- Cancel anytime: email us or use the link in any memo. Billing stops at the end of the current monthly period; no further charges after that.
- No partial-month refunds: the memo delivers weekly inside the paid period, so a month already started counts as delivered and is not partially refunded.
- Missed issues: if a paid weekly issue is not delivered in a month and we do not make it good within 14 days, we refund that month in full.
- Founding first month: the discounted first month is part of the same terms; the standard price applies from the second month.
5. How to request a refund
- Email tonyma@flamingfield.com (or reply to your receipt) with your order number and one line on why.
- We respond within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, typically visible in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under Hong Kong law. If you are a UK or EU consumer, your statutory withdrawal rights also apply; by ordering a digital product for immediate download you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the download may begin before the withdrawal period ends. These terms work alongside, not against, your local consumer law.
